We meticulously work at every stage of product development to provide our customers with the most suitable solutions for their needs. Our development process begins with the requirement analysis and pre-design phase. In this phase, we detail and allocate the sub-component requirements of your device or system. Documents showcasing the fundamental features of the product and possible basic product models are prepared to complete the pre-design stage.

In the schematic design phase, leveraging our experience primarily in the defense and aerospace electronics sectors, we meticulously prepare the detailed design of circuits that form the basis of the product. In addition to high-frequency analog and digital circuits, we also design power circuits, motor drivers, communication, and sensor interface circuits to ensure that the product operates in accordance with the requirements and desired standards.

During the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design phase, we carry out the physical design required for the production of the designed schematic circuit. We create manufacturable, assemblable, and testable PCB designs using all available production technologies, considering factors such as high-speed digital, noise-sensitive analog, and power management-based circuits containing high current or voltage. Factors such as EMC and noise management are also taken into account, ensuring high-quality results in low or high-volume productions.

In the Prototype Product Development phase, we swiftly complete the design, production, layout, and testing stages in cases where low-volume and qualification tests are not required. This enables us to deliver products to customers as quickly as possible.

In the Functional Verification phase, we test the functionality of the designed products by providing them with their initial energies, along with any embedded software if applicable. If there is a need for changes based on the test results, we make revision plans and repeat the necessary steps without disrupting the project process.

In the Product Verification phase, products with completed functional verification are tested in accredited laboratories for compliance with all requirements defined at the beginning of the project (environmental conditions, EMC, power values/limitations). Additionally, we complete the verification process with reliability, aging/lifetime, and safety analysis documents in all aspects. This ensures that we provide customers with the highest quality products, meeting their needs in the best possible way.


During the product development process, which starts with assigning and detailing your device or system level requirements to subcomponent requirements, we prepare documents and possible simple product models to demonstrate the basic features of the product in the preliminary design part.

With the experience we have gained mainly in the defense and space electronics sectors, in the schematic design that forms the basis of the product development process, we prepare high-frequency analog and digital circuits, as well as power circuits, motor drivers, communication and sensor interface circuits, in detail and carefully to ensure that the product operates in accordance with the requirements and desired standards.

We carry out the physical design required for the production of the designed schematic circuit, using all existing production technologies as necessary, taking into account EMC and noise management, under the desired environmental conditions, for high-speed digital, noise-sensitive analog and power management-based circuits containing high current or high voltage. With manufacturable, arrayable and testable printed circuit board designs, we ensure high quality results in low or high volume production

For product needs in low quantities and where qualification tests are not required, we quickly complete the design, production, typesetting and testing stages and deliver the products as soon as possible.

We test the functionality of the designed products by giving them their first power and testing them with their embedded software, if any. When changes are needed based on test results, we make revision plans and repeat the necessary steps without disrupting the project process.

We test in accredited laboratories the compliance of products with completed functional verification with all the requirements (environmental conditions, EMC, power values ​​/constraints) determined at the beginning of the project. We also complete verification in all aspects with reliability, life/aging and security analysis documents.
