Esra completed her high school education at T.E.D Ankara College and then continued both her undergraduate and graduate studies on organizational communication at The University of North Texas. She has also taught communications at The University of North Texas. For more than twenty years, he has experience in cultural relations between public institutions and private companies in many countries (America, England, Azerbaijan, Scotland, Italy and Georgia). She has worked in various companies operating in the aviation, financial consultancy, legal and energy sectors.
