Bilgi Güvenliği Politikası

TS EN ISO 27001:2013 Bilgi Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemin ana teması; Skytronx Systems Bilişim A.Ş BGYS’nin kapsamı Askeri ve Sivil amaçlı Elektronik Cihaz, sistem ve altsistemlerin tasarım üretim organizasyonu ve doğrulama faaliyetlerini ve bunlara ait bilgi varlıklarının güvenliğini kapsar

Bu doğrultuda BGYS Politikamız;

  • İçeriden veya dışarıdan, bilerek ya da bilmeyerek meydana gelebilecek her türlü tehdide karşı Skytonx Systems Bilişim A.Ş.’nin bilgi varlıklarını korumak, bilgiye erişilebilirliği iş prosesleriyle gerektiği şekilde sağlamak, yasal mevzuat gereksinimlerini karşılamak, sürekli iyileştirmeye yönelik çalışmalar yapmak,
  • Yürütülen tüm faaliyetlerde Bilgi Güvenliği Yönetim Sisteminin üç temel öğesinin sürekliliğini sağlamak:
  • Gizlilik: Önem taşıyan bilgilere yetkisiz erişimlerin önlenmesi,
    Bütünlük: Bilginin doğruluk ve bütünlüğünün sağlandığının gösterilmesi,
    Erişilebilirlik: Yetkisi olanların gerektiği hallerde bilgiye ulaşılabilirliğinin gösterilmesi,
  • Sadece elektronik ortamda tutulan verilerin değil; yazılı, basılı, sözlü ve benzeri ortamda bulunan tüm verilerin güvenliği ile ilgilenmek.
  • Bilgi Güvenliği Yönetimi eğitimlerini tüm personele vererek bilinçlendirmeyi sağlamak,
  • Bilgi Güvenliğindeki gerçekte var olan veya şüphe uyandıran tüm açıklıkları, BGYS Ekibine rapor etmek ve BGYS Ekibi tarafından soruşturulmasını sağlamak,
  • İş süreklilik planları hazırlamak, sürdürmek ve test etmek,
  • Bilgi Güvenliği konusunda periyodik olarak değerlendirmeler yaparak mevcut riskleri tespit etmek; değerlendirmeler sonucunda, aksiyon planlarını gözden geçirmek ve takibini yapmak,
  • Sözleşmelerden doğabilecek her türlü anlaşmazlık ve çıkar çatışmasını engellemek,
  • Bilgiye erişilebilirlik ve bilgi sistemleri için iş gereksinimlerini karşılamaktır.

Information Security Policy

The main theme of the TS EN ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System is to cover the scope of Skytronx Systems Information Security Management System (ISMS), which includes the design, production organization, and verification activities of military and civilian electronic devices, systems, and subsystems, as well as the security of the information assets related to these processes.
In line with this, our ISMS Policy is to:

  • Protect the information assets of Skytronx Systems Information Technology Inc. against any threats, whether internal or external, intentional or accidental; ensure accessibility to information as required by business processes; comply with legal and regulatory requirements; and work towards continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the continuity of the three fundamental elements of the Information Security Management System in all activities:
    o Confidentiality: Prevent unauthorized access to information of importance.
    o Integrity: Demonstrate that the accuracy and completeness of information are ensured.
    o Availability: Ensure that authorized personnel can access information when necessary.
  • Address the security of data not only in electronic form but also in written, printed, verbal, and other similar formats
  • Provide information security training to all personnel to raise awareness.
  • Report all real or suspected vulnerabilities regarding information security to the ISMS Team and ensure that these are investigated by the ISMS Team.
  • Prepare, maintain, and test business continuity plans.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations on information security to identify existing risks; review and monitor action plans based on these assessments.
  • Prevent any disputes and conflicts of interest that may arise from contractual obligations.
  • Meet business requirements for accessibility to information and information systems.
